Judith Izen is a doll historian and toy industry researcher.
 
She is author of COLLECTOR’S GUIDE TO IDEAL DOLLS: IDENTIFICATION AND VALUE GUIDE the definitive work on Ideal dolls, the comprehensive COLLECTOR’S ENCYCLOPEDIA OF VOGUE DOLLS: IDENTIFICATION AND VALUES along with Carol Stover, and AMERICAN CHARACTER DOLLS: IDENTIFICATION AND VALUES.
 
Her “Dolls We Love” column appears in each issue of “Contemporary Doll Magazine.” She has written on a variety of doll and toy related topics for publications such as “Doll News,” “Doll Reader,” and “New England Antiques Journal.” She has been a guest doll curator at doll exhibits.
 
She also has been a doll consultant to various companies. She is available for lectures on a variety of doll subjects.
 
Ms. Izen is always looking for new information and photos on dolls.
